Your insurance agent or broker may see some of your information as part of the application and delivery process. Nothing beyond that is divulged to the agent or broker without your permission.

Medical Savings Insurance Company shares information only when necessary to enable us to underwrite, issue and administer products and services we provide, and when required by law. Because association membership is required of all applicants, you may occasionally receive information from the association to which you belong about services that they or their affiliates offer, or about issues affecting the membership. We acknowledge it may happen and have made this a part of our privacy policy.
In all our business relationships, we require strict privacy and confidentiality protections. Occasionally, you may need to share information with our consulting nurses or physicians. This information is received by us directly from them. It doesn't go anywhere else. For example, it doesn't go to your agent or broker. We are very diligent about keeping such information strictly confidential. In addition, we'd like you to know, we do not release or sell information to telemarketers, mailing houses or e-commerce Internet marketers.
